Select folder and new filename via file selector.

1. Use windows file selector dialog to allow user to specify a new filename and the folder location to use.
2. Allow replacing the existing file if only removing pages.
3. Change "+ Add page" and "+ Add range" button captions to "+ Add page to list" and "+ Add range to list"
